1. You are not allowed to use proxies for illegal purposes. For any of your breaches found, we will suspend the provision of the service and block your account permanently.  
2. Do not cancel the service if you change your mind during and after a purchase and no refund is made accordingly
3. Reserve the right to request to replace proxies or server in case they happen error. 

1. Provide proxy source and servers as duly described by each type of proxy or server, make sure the proxy server is able to connect to the internet, maintains the speed and bandwidth. As for server, we represent and warrant that it works properly in accordance with specified configuration. 
2. We value your privacy and keep your information confidential and secure.

Services are provided on an as available basis. Accordingly, we make a representation to the clients about the proxy’s internet connectivity, server’s operability and its features described on the website. However, we do not provide warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, by using our proxies, clients shall be solely responsible for the success of account registration and adding views, likes, comments etc. on social media or anything else. That means use of the service is at your own risk and any subsequent claim is void in this case.

By using our services, you agree not to use or assist others in illegal actions. In other words, you will be suspended from using the service if you commit the following acts:

• host sensitive content and acts of extreme violence;
• send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
• breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;
• access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the services, or shared areas of the services you haven’t been invited to;
• interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, or mail-bombing any part of the Services;
• the unauthorized sale or distribution of copyrighted media;
• violate the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that’s fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading; or violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others.

By registering for or using the services, you warrant that you have full civil liability or are 18 years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement. If you use the services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the services.

• For the protection of others’ information and prevent clients’ fraud, if the scan of the credit card while making an order is found fraudulent in nature, Proxygeo may require you to provide a copy of the verified credit card. Failing which, the order may be rejected and service may not be provided even if payment has been successful.
• All credit cards are billed automatically monthly. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that you want to cancel a renewal, please give a prior notice of the renewal date to avoid any claims in the future. 

You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. You are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of any cases or events. If the proxy or server fails within a specified time, we will replace it with a new one or fix issues ASAP. All sales are final. No refund is made.
